A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment for bookings is due strictly 15 days prior to departure.
Driver accommodation and meals x 3 are for your account should the driver have to overnight before or after transfers. (please contact reservations for more details)
All quotes are for passenger transport only and additional entrance fees are for your own account.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees are applicable prior to departure date as follows:
0-3 days = 100%
3 days + prior to departure = 10%.

Coaches: full payment is required to confirm booking. Cancellation fees to be confirmed when booking.

Smoking is not allowed whilst in any of the vehicle's. Any changes to your itinerary or route must be made with Waterberg Transfers cc and not direct with the driver.
