Very much considered a No Go zone in previous years, Soweto ( South West Township ) is now considered one of Johannesburg's biggest tourist attractions.

A visit to the Heckter Pieterson Memorial Museum will take you back to a time when the Struggle against Aparthied was at it's peak and educate you on the trials and tribulations of the struggle from within Soweto.

Travelling through the street of Soweto you will see that life in this notorius area has changed condsiderably as you take time out to visit the family home of Nelson Mandela and visit the areas where the likes of Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu grew up and end your tour with a visit to one of the local dinners for a taste of true africa cuisine.
